Welcome to My Class!
Hello Archway Lincoln Families! My name is Connor Magiera and I am the new 3rd-5th grade Art teacher here at GH Archway Lincoln. I am inordinately excited to start teaching art to your scholars! Born and raised in Arizona, I grew up with a pencil and paper always in my hand drawing whatever I could to exert my imagination, when I finally graduated high school I set off to NAU to study Graphic Design and illustration. After realizing the snow wasn't for me I traveled back down to the scorching heat to study at ASU and receive my BFA with a focus in drawing and illustrations. While studying at both universities, I lent a helping hand to other students within the Fine Arts program and shared my knowledge as a tutor, instruction assistant and studio assistant to make sure no art goes unfinished.
